- Connecting procurement, distribution and delivery through an end-to-end supply chain platform built on five core values

- Accelerating expansion into the global supply chain IT market with AI-powered, customizable SaaS solutions

LOGISALL Systems, a logistics AI transformation (AX) specialist within LOGISALL Group, has completed the development of its proprietary “End-to-End SCM Full Packaging” solution, integrating the entire supply chain value chain from procurement and sourcing to distribution and delivery. With this milestone, the company is accelerating its transition toward an integrated SCM platform business powered by SaaS and AI.

To respond to the rapidly evolving supply chain management (SCM) environment and strengthen its logistics IT services, LOGISALL Systems incorporated Irudacom as a subsidiary. Since then, the company has focused its research and development (R&D) efforts on combining its existing Supply Chain Execution (SCE) capabilities with Irudacom''s Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) technology. These efforts have resulted in an integrated platform that connects procurement and sourcing with logistics execution across the supply chain.

The newly introduced LOGISALL Integrated SCM Platform seamlessly connects the SRM domain—including MRO, purchasing, procurement, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)—with the logistics domain, encompassing production, inventory, distribution, sales, and delivery.

Through the platform, customers can manage a wide range of supply chain activities within a unified environment. These include demand forecasting, predictive purchasing, contract and supplier management, material transportation, Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, Transportation Management System (TMS) optimization, and integrated logistics cost settlement.

The platform is built around five core values:

  • Integration: Eliminating disconnected systems across the supply chain.

  • Data-Driven: Supporting demand forecasting and informed decision-making.

  • AI Automation: Enhancing operational efficiency through AI-powered automation.

  • Collaborative Network: Connecting suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.

  • Sustainability: Strengthening resilience against supply chain risks.

Together, these capabilities are designed to improve supply chain visibility and operational efficiency while helping businesses reduce logistics costs and mitigate supply chain risks.

LOGISALL Systems offers flexible deployment options tailored to different business sizes and operational requirements. Its service portfolio includes SaaS Standard, designed for rapid deployment with lower upfront costs; SaaS Custom, which supports integration with customers'' existing internal systems; and Package-Based System Integration (SI), intended for large-scale enterprise implementations. Through these diversified business models, the company plans to address varying customer needs and expand its market presence.

Looking ahead, LOGISALL Systems plans to gradually strengthen its R&D and technical workforce, led by its DX Business Division and Technology Research Institute. By developing and internalizing advanced AI-based logistics IT technologies, the company aims to enhance its technological competitiveness and establish a foundation for sustainable growth in the global SCM market.

A LOGISALL Systems representative stated, “Integrating logistics execution systems with SaaS- and AI-powered strategic procurement solutions will provide customers with unified supply chain visibility, from quotations and purchase orders to delivery and settlement.” The representative added, “Starting with reliable strategic procurement support across LOGISALL Group companies, we plan to expand our external business operations and accelerate our entry into global supply chain IT markets, including Asia and North America.”
