- Jointly Developing an Integrated Maritime-Land Digital Logistics Platform and System-Hardware Convergence Business
- Combining LOGISALL’s WMS/TMS with AOROA LABS’ Global Maritime Data and Core Competencies
LOGISALL Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AOROA LABS, an intelligent logistics platform provider, to jointly drive digital transformation and Automation Transformation (AX) innovation within the global logistics industry.
The core of this agreement lies in integrating the logistics platforms, systems, hardware, and Data/AI technological capabilities of both companies. Through this partnership, they plan to focus on building a global digital logistics platform, creating new businesses based on smart logistics infrastructure and shared assets, and conducting joint research on original SCM technologies that integrate maritime and land logistics.
Under the terms of the MOU, the two companies will collaborate across four primary sectors. First, they will develop an integrated digital logistics platform (SaaS) accessible to shippers, forwarders, and logistics providers. Second, they will roll out system-hardware convergence businesses, including joint operation models for logistics assets like pallets and containers, linked with unmanned kiosk systems. Third, they will conduct joint technological research for autonomous logistics operations, focusing on optimization algorithms and predictive technologies for integrated maritime-land logistics. Finally, they will collaborate on discovering new business models specialized for specific industries, such as developing global-exclusive products and used car exports.
By combining their respective core strengths, both companies aim to accelerate AX innovation across the entire logistics ecosystem. LOGISALL Systems will build an intelligent field demonstration environment by linking its advanced logistics execution systems, such as WMS and TMS, with its on-site DX (Digital Transformation) capabilities. AOROA LABS will lead the design of an integrated AX platform spanning the entire global supply chain, leveraging its data analysis technology from global carrier and forwarder networks.
