- Leading National Logistics Innovation by Introducing and Standardizing South Korea's First 'Logistics Equipment Pooling System'

- Presenting a Future Blueprint for Logistics via the Korean-style Physical Internet Strategy, ‘LAPI’

SEOUL, South Korea (April 10, 2026) – LOGISALL Group announced today that Chairman Byong-yoon Suh has been selected as a recipient of the 56th "Korea’s Best Manager Award," organized by the Korea Management Association (KMA).

Established in 1969, "Korea’s Best Manager Award" is the most prestigious business award in South Korea, presented to leaders who have spearheaded national economic development through exceptional management capabilities. Chairman Suh was named this year's winner in recognition of his role in establishing the foundation of the Korean logistics industry and leading global standards through continuous innovation.

In 1989, Chairman Suh founded the Korea Logistics Association, where he played a key role in introducing the government's Certified Logistics Consultant system and the Korea Logistics Awards. He has been a primary driver in expanding logistics departments within corporations and fostering professional talent.

Chairman Suh is also the visionary who first introduced the "Pooling System" for logistics equipment to the Korean market. By standardizing pallets and containers—which companies previously owned individually—and building a shared-use framework, he maximized efficiency in the field. This achievement is evaluated as a major turning point that went beyond simple cost reduction to achieve national logistics standardization, providing a critical foundation for the exponential growth of South Korea’s logistics sector.

Recently, he has been spearheading the "LAPI" (Logistics Alliance for Physical Internet) strategy—a Korean-style Physical Internet model—to realize the values of "sharing and collaboration" by connecting global logistics networks. The LAPI strategy, which organically combines data with physical logistics, is drawing attention as a next-generation model capable of overcoming structural limitations in the industry and enabling sustainable growth.

This award once again validates Chairman Suh's lifelong dedication to the logistics industry and his unwavering management philosophy: "Logistics rationalization is the key to national competitiveness."

"I will continue to do my best to create global standards for the logistics industry through relentless innovation," said Chairman Suh in his acceptance speech.

The 56th "Korea’s Best Manager Award" ceremony is scheduled to be held on May 29 at the Grand Hyatt Seoul.
