- Integrating Automated Loading Robots, AGVs, and Shuttle Systems with AI Simulation for ‘Total Process Optimization’
CES, the smart logistics solution brand of LOGISALL Group, will showcase its integrated Physical AI-based logistics automation solutions at ‘KOREA MAT 2026’ (The 16th International Materials Handling & Logistics Exhibition). The exhibition will be held at KINTEX 2 in Ilsan from March 31 to April 3.
At this event, LOGISALL will conduct live demonstrations of the ‘RockyOne’ automated loading/unloading robot series, ‘LOGIQ’ autonomous forklifts, and the ‘4-way Shuttle System’ in a replicated field environment. Additionally, the company will reveal its ‘AI Simulation Consulting’ solution, which utilizes digital twin technology to optimize logistics center operations.
■ Pre-validating Operational Risks via Physical AI-Driven Intelligent Simulation
The ‘AI Simulation Consulting’ from CES’s Consulting (C) division is a digital twin service that creates a virtual replica of a logistics center. This allows for the pre-validation of robot and forklift movement, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing throughput and space utilization. By incorporating AI to predict and mitigate operational risks before physical installation, the solution provides a robust foundation for achieving Automation Transformation (Ax) in the field.
■ Achieving Full Automation for High-Intensity Labor
The Engineering (E) division focuses on automating the most labor-intensive task in logistics: manual pallet unloading. Using the multi-jointed ‘RockyOne’ series from XYZ Robotics, LOGISALL automates the entire process from unloading and palletizing to loading. Notably, the ‘RockyOne SE’—making its South Korean debut—supports 600 cycles per hour and a 90-degree layout, offering superior flexibility in facility design.
Furthermore, the ‘LOGIQ’ autonomous forklift, LOGISALL’s proprietary robot brand, automates pallet-level entry and exit with a 2-ton load capacity, ensuring precision even in narrow aisles. For storage automation, the ‘4-way Shuttle System’—manufactured domestically by LOGISALL subsidiary TSPG—maximizes space efficiency with a 1.5-ton capacity per pallet.
■ Accelerating Logistics DX with Cloud-Based SaaS and Unmanned Solutions
The Systems (S) division introduces cloud-based subscription SaaS solutions for Digital Transformation (DX). These include the Intelligent Warehouse Management System (WINUS WMS), Integrated Transportation Management System (LATOS TMS), and Smart Equipment Control System (ANYWARE WCS). These platforms support data-driven decision-making across the entire supply chain. Visitors can also experience ‘LOGION,’ an automated unmanned kiosk that syncs with WMS to handle repetitive tasks like issuing entry/exit slips.
■ A Strategic Shift to SI-Based Logistics Platforms
Beyond supplying individual equipment, CES is pursuing a System Integration (SI) platform strategy that links loading robots, AGVs, and shuttle systems into a single operating ecosystem. Through Physical AI simulations, the company helps clients review throughput and ROI beforehand, supporting a step-by-step automation roadmap. The booth will also feature solutions from global partners including XYZ Robotics, AI startup Omelet, and Japan’s Rapyuta Robotics.
"This exhibition is not just about individual devices; it’s about demonstrating how to optimize the entire logistics center by connecting box, pallet, and storage automation into a single seamless flow," said Park Jung-hoon, CEO of LOGISALL Consulting. "With our Physical AI-based simulation and integrated design capabilities, we will help our customers establish automation strategies that consider both immediate performance and future scalability."
