MATAZOO, a subsidiary of the LOGISALL Group, has significantly enhanced its membership benefits and redesigned its mobile app UI to further improve service convenience and maximize customer satisfaction.
MATAZOO’s membership program consists of three tiers—Lite, Standard, and VIP—offering 3, 5, and 9 storage boxes respectively. Members can freely store and retrieve items within their allocated number of boxes and enjoy savings of up to 45% compared to standard storage services. In addition, members receive exclusive coupons worth up to KRW 67,000, which can be used for value-added services such as item photo documentation, dust bags, coat hangers, and vacuum storage packs for bedding—enhancing overall storage convenience.
The key highlight of this membership upgrade is the full waiver of pickup and retrieval fees. Previously, additional delivery charges applied once the free quota by membership tier was exceeded. Under the new policy, all membership users can enjoy unlimited pickup and retrieval services at no extra cost. This allows customers to access stored items whenever needed and store new items more freely, significantly increasing service usability and satisfaction.
Alongside the membership enhancement, MATAZOO has also carried out a comprehensive app UI redesign. The main and order screens now feature more visual elements, delivering product information in a clearer and more intuitive way. This update addresses previous limitations of text-heavy layouts and improves overall usability, enabling first-time users to understand and use the service with ease.
