– Joint development of AI Agent-based logistics automation and optimization solutions expected to accelerate AX/DX innovation
LOGISALL Consulting, the logistics consulting subsidiary of LOGISALL Group, has signed a strategic partnership with Omelet, a provider of Optimization AI Agent service (OaaSIS; Optimization as a Service/Infra/System), to jointly deliver AI Agent-driven logistics automation and optimization solutions.
The signing ceremony for the memorandum of understanding (MOU) took place on December 29 at LOGISALL’s headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on a range of initiatives, including ▲joint development of AI Foundation Models for logistics automation design and deployment optimization ▲co-development and delivery of user-centric MCP servers and AI Agents built on Foundation Models ▲joint technology marketing activities ▲ technical cooperation and the provision of training and education programs.
The core of the partnership lies in combining Omelet’ powerful AI optimization engine with LOGISALL’s deep domain expertise in logistics. The companies plan to jointly develop a logistics-specialized version of Omelet’ flagship AI Foundation Model. Through this effort, LOGISALL Consulting will enhance its ability to analyze customer order data and operational patterns with AI Agents, enabling a comprehensive “data-driven intelligent logistics implementation service” covering automation equipment recommendations, solution design, systems integration (SI), and ongoing maintenance.
Omelet’ technology is particularly effective in path optimization and resource allocation across complex logistics networks, and is expected to significantly improve operational efficiency in rapidly growing MFCs (Micro Fulfillment Centers) and advanced fulfillment facilities.
LOGISALL Consulting brings proven capabilities in logistics and supply chain consulting based on the Group’s core CES framework—Consulting, Engineering, and Systems. Through this collaboration, the company plans to shift beyond traditional hardware-focused DX transformation and deliver “AX+DX integrated logistics innovation,” powered by data analytics and AI simulation to create highly customized automation models. The result aims to maximize on-site productivity while simultaneously improving investment efficiency.
Omelet specializes in decision optimization AI technologies used to solve complex industrial challenges and has demonstrated capabilities in location optimization, network planning, route scheduling, and other mission-critical domains. Through the partnership with LOGISALL, the company will expand its technology deployment into logistics automation planning and operations, broadening its business portfolio.
