– Group revenue reached KRW 2.5 trillion in 2025

– To accelerate commercialization of innovative FOLDCON containers and advance as a global K-logistics leader

LOGISALL Group announced its strategic direction and growth roadmap for the coming year at its 2026 New Year Kick-off Meeting held on January 5, where it also shared its management performance for the previous year.

In 2025, LOGISALL recorded consolidated group revenue of approximately KRW 2.5 trillion, representing around 7% year-on-year growth. Building on this momentum, the Group has set a target of achieving KRW 3 trillion in revenue in 2026. It also unveiled a mid- to long-term growth plan aimed at reaching KRW 10 trillion in revenue by 2034, the year marking its 50th anniversary, by sustaining an average annual growth rate of over 17%.

To achieve these goals, LOGISALL outlined three core growth strategies: the full-scale commercialization of FOLDCON, a foldable maritime container designed to address global trade imbalances; accelerated global expansion and capability enhancement to emerge as a leading K-logistics company on the global stage; and the advancement of its LAPI (Logistics Alliance for Physical Internet) strategy to establish a shared logistics system that embodies the Group’s philosophy of co-existence and co-prosperity.

In his New Year’s address, Chairman Suh Byongyoon emphasized that, amid intensifying competition in both domestic and global markets, LOGISALL must earn customers’ trust and choice through customer-centric logistics innovation. He highlighted the importance of advancing the LAPI project as a next-generation logistics system and positioning LOGISALL as a creative leader in collaborative logistics within the global logistics market.

The meeting also covered key operational initiatives for the Group, including improvements to human resources systems, ethical management, and workplace innovation. LOGISALL plans to enhance the fairness and reliability of its performance evaluation process by refining its multi-rater evaluation system, while strengthening consistency in HR operations through job analysis and competency-based modeling. In addition, the Group will roll out step-by-step training programs centered on AI utilization to boost employees’ digital capabilities.

To proactively respond to an increasingly complex business environment, LOGISALL will reinforce its enterprise-wide risk management framework with a focus on prevention. This includes upgrading standard contract templates, overhauling accounts receivable management policies to enable structural risk control, and enhancing compliance awareness through the publication of legal newsletters and intellectual property awareness campaigns. The Group also plans to systematically improve its information security policies and operational manuals to address the rising risk of security incidents.

A LOGISALL Group representative stated, “2026 will be a critical turning point as we move into full execution of our mid- to long-term growth strategy. We will continue pursuing sustainable growth and responsible management to evolve into a logistics company with true global competitiveness.”
