LOGISALL Group has received certification as a ‘Company Free from Verbal Abuse’ for the second consecutive year at the certification ceremony held on the 27th at Finland Tower in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
The certification is part of the “Verbal Abuse-Free Society” campaign organized by the YunKyung Forum and is awarded to companies that demonstrate an organizational culture rooted in respect and consideration. The ceremony was attended by Ko Byung-jun, Head of Strategic Management Division at LOGISALL Group.
Since its founding, LOGISALL Group has consistently built a corporate culture centered on mutual respect, guided by its management philosophy of “Coexistence and Shared Prosperity.” In particular, in 2022, the company unified employee titles under the term “Pro-nim,” establishing an environment that promotes horizontal and open communication.
LOGISALL has also been reinforcing positive workplace communication through its internal campaign, “Respectful LOGISALL.” The campaign outlines specific behavioral guidelines, including praising colleagues daily, practicing consideration, listening attentively, communicating based on rational grounds, respecting personal privacy, and prioritizing collective thinking, all to foster a more positive and respectful organizational culture.
In his acceptance remarks, Ko stated, “We will continue to practice the values of respect and consideration throughout the Group and strive to become a workplace where anyone would want to work together.”
Since 2024, the YunKyung Forum has been implementing its CEO pledge and certification system to promote social awareness and cultural change toward a society free from verbal abuse.
