MATAZOO, an affiliate of the LOGISALL Group, has fully renewed its large-item storage order process and officially launched the updated service on November 12. With this upgrade, users can now check storage fees directly within the app and place orders immediately without any prior consultation, significantly improving accessibility and convenience.
Previously, large-item storage required a separate quotation process before an order could be placed. The new system simplifies the experience by allowing customers to select from four standardized size categories—extra-large, large, medium, and small—and proceed with service requests instantly. Storage duration options have also been expanded, offering flexible terms ranging from short-term two-week storage to long-term storage of up to one year.
Pricing has been reorganized under a standardized rate system, and customers who prepay for six months receive a 30% discount on monthly storage fees, reducing the cost burden for long-term users.
Additional services, such as moving assistance, can be added as needed, and customers may also purchase packaging materials—including boxes and protective foam—to further reduce inconvenience during the storage process.
During the storage period, users can request item retrieval at any time through the MATAZOO app and receive their belongings when desired.
Through this service renewal, MATAZOO aims to address existing customer pain points while strengthening its competitiveness amid rising demand for large-item storage.
