MATAZOO, a subsidiary of the LOGISALL Group, has officially launched its new luggage storage service on November 12, expanding its on-demand storage offering to better meet customer needs. The service is designed for travelers and business users who have limited home storage space and need a convenient way to store suitcases that are not frequently used.
With the new service, customers can easily book a non-face-to-face pickup through the MATAZOO app and leave their luggage at the door for collection. The service allows users to request the return of their suitcase at any time, making it suitable for long-term storage as well as seasonal items.
The service supports two categories of luggage: small (up to 31 inches and under 10kg) and large (over 31 inches and up to 15kg). Monthly storage fees are KRW 12,000 for small luggage and KRW 15,000 for large luggage. Customers who prepay for six months can receive a 30% discount on storage rates. To celebrate the launch, MATAZOO is also offering a KRW 2,000 discount on pickup fees for all new luggage storage users.
A MATAZOO representative stated that the new service is part of the company’s efforts to expand service diversity and reach a broader customer base, adding, “We will continue to develop tailored storage solutions that meet the wide-ranging needs of customers in their daily lives.”
