- Fostering a reading-centered culture to cultivate creative global logistics leaders
LOGISALL Group has been certified as an Excellent Reading Management Workplace for the fifth consecutive year under the 2025 Reading Management Certification Program.
The program, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Publishing and Culture Industry Promotion Agency(KPIPA), recognizes organizations that promote a reading-friendly corporate culture to enhance creativity and communication within the workplace. Certified companies are selected through a comprehensive evaluation of their reading management strategies, leadership, infrastructure, and related activities. They also receive tailored consulting, book purchase support, and access to professional networking opportunities.
LOGISALL has established a three-step reading management strategy — Realization, Creation, and Coexistence — to nurture creative global logistics leaders through reading-driven knowledge creation and communication. The strategy encourages employees to put reading into practice (Realization), generate new ideas and value through learning (Creation), and drive change and innovation through organizational collaboration (Coexistence).
To implement this vision, LOGISALL operates a “10-Minute Reading” program within its online learning platform to make reading more accessible to employees. It also links internal training courses with book-based learning content to strengthen leadership and job-related capabilities, enhancing both engagement and practical application.
In addition, LOGISALL opened its in-house logistics library, “The LogiSCM Library,” in 2021, offering a collection of over 8,000 books on logistics, distribution, management, and economics. The library serves as a freely accessible space for all employees and plays a key role in promoting a company-wide culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
A LOGISALL representative stated, “Our reading management initiative goes beyond simply encouraging reading — it is about fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. We will continue to strengthen both individual growth and the company’s creative competitiveness through ongoing reading-based initiatives.”
