- Enhancing global capabilities through on-site experience and knowledge sharing in advanced logistics systems
- Continued personnel exchange programs based on long-standing trust between the two companies
LOGISALL Group and Japan’s leading pallet pooling company JPR(Japan Pallet Rental) jointly conducted the LOGISALL–JPR Personnel Exchange Program to promote collaboration and strengthen human resource capabilities in the logistics industry of both countries.
The program was designed to enhance practical expertise through the exchange of innovative logistics business practices, shared insights, and first-hand experience of advanced global logistics systems. It also aimed to deepen cultural understanding and strengthen organizational ties through mutual exchange.
The JPR delegation, consisting of ten outstanding employees from sales, collection, transportation, business development, and global operations divisions, visited Korea from October 21 to 24 for a four-day exchange program.
During their visit, the delegation attended briefings on the LOGISALL Group’s corporate operations and key affiliate businesses, followed by tours of major facilities including the LOGISALL Packaging Innovation Center, MHE Tech Center, and various logistics hubs. On the final day, they visited The LogiSCM Library, LOGISALL’s specialized logistics library, and held a meeting with senior executives to discuss future opportunities for Korea–Japan logistics cooperation.
Participants shared positive feedback, noting, “We were deeply impressed by LOGISALL’s scale and competitiveness across its diverse logistics services, beyond pooling,” and “Its continuous global expansion provides valuable insights and inspiration. We hope this personnel exchange will continue in the future.”
Established in 1971, JPR is Japan’s leading pallet pooling company. It played a pivotal role in the early growth of LOGISALL Group when Chairman Byung-Ryun Suh first introduced the pallet pooling system to Korea in the 1980s, providing both technological and material support during the founding of Korea Pallet Pool (KPP). For more than four decades, LOGISALL and JPR have maintained a relationship built on mutual trust, continuing to conduct personnel exchange programs that promote professional development and cooperation.
The LOGISALL delegation will visit Japan from November 11 to 14, touring JPR’s headquarters and operational sites. A LOGISALL official commented, “Through this exchange, we aim to advance logistics standards and technology between Korea and Japan, while further strengthening our global logistics network.”
