- Showcasing Global Logistics Innovation Model Based on Eco-Friendly Pooling System
- Targeting the North American Market with Automotive Parts & Battery Logistics Packaging Solutions
LOGISALL Group will participate in PACK EXPO 2025, North America’s largest packaging industry exhibition, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from September 29 to October 1.
At the exhibition, LOGISALL will highlight its returnable packaging solutions based on its pooling system, which enables both logistics efficiency and environmental sustainability. Returnable packaging refers to reusable logistics equipment designed to replace single-use packaging, delivering cost savings, resource efficiency, and environmental benefits.
The booth will showcase ST BOX and CombiPAC, optimized for CKD (Completely Knocked Down) automotive parts transport, as well as foldable and stackable plastic crates used in vehicle assembly plants. LOGISALL will also present its E-PAC service, which provides end-to-end packaging solutions for secondary batteries—from raw materials to cells and battery packs—based on product characteristics and supply chain analysis.
In addition, LOGISALL will unveil eco-friendly packaging solutions for global import and export logistics. The RRPP (Recycled Reusable Plastic Pallet) is equipped with RFID tags to enable tracking throughout its lifecycle, making it suitable for global logistics environments where recovery is challenging. The FOLDPAC, a foldable steel IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container), has been redesigned with improved weight, height, and materials, enhancing container loading efficiency by 125% compared to conventional models.
LOGISALL is strategically focusing on the automotive parts logistics business in the North American market. The company currently supplies over six million boxes annually to Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA) and Kia Georgia (KaGA), and is rapidly expanding its battery logistics business in line with the growth of the EV market.
A LOGISALL representative stated, “North America is a strategically important region in the global logistics market. Through our participation in PACK EXPO 2025, we aim to showcase sustainable logistics solutions across industries—including automotive parts and global trade logistics—while strengthening our global network.”
Meanwhile, PACK EXPO is a world-renowned packaging and logistics technology exhibition, attracting more than 2,500 companies from over 40 countries and drawing more than 30,000 visitors. It is regarded as a key global platform that brings together the latest packaging and processing equipment, eco-friendly materials, and smart logistics solutions.
